We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us or sign up for our newsletter, as well as technical data automatically collected when you browse this site.
- Personal Information: Names and email addresses provided voluntarily through contact forms or newsletter signups.
- Usage Data: Technical information that may be collected automatically when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and related server/log information. This data is collected automatically to improve site performance and user experience.
- Cookie Data: Information stored via cookies placed by this site and, if applicable, by third-party advertising and analytics services. See Section 3 for full details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following operational purposes only:
- To deliver requested resources, including our tools, blueprints and technical guides.
- If you sign up for our newsletter, to send it via our email service provider, when you have opted in.
- If an analytics tool is active on this site, to help us understand aggregate site usage and improve website performance and content quality.
- If this site displays advertising through the Google AdSense programme, to deliver, personalize where permitted, measure, and report on that advertising. See Section 3 for details on how advertising cookies function.
3. Cookies and Advertising
This website uses cookies for two distinct purposes: site functionality and advertising. It is important to understand both.
Google AdSense: If this site displays advertising through the Google AdSense programme, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, identifiers, and other information to deliver, personalize where permitted, measure, and report advertising, in accordance with applicable settings, consent requirements, and Google’s policies. For more information about how Google uses information when you use sites and apps that use its advertising and measurement services, see Google’s explanation of how it uses data on partner sites and apps. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings. Where required by law — for example, for visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland — we obtain consent for personalised advertising through an appropriate consent management tool before such ads are shown.
- Essential Cookies: Cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for certain website functionality, security, or basic operation.
- Analytics Cookies: If an analytics tool is active on this site, used to understand how visitors interact with the site in aggregate.
- Advertising Cookies: If advertising is active on this site, these would be placed by Google AdSense and other advertising networks to deliver relevant advertisements and measure their performance. These cookies may track your browsing activity across multiple websites.
- Third-Party Cookies: Some content embedded on this site, including videos and external tools, may place their own cookies. We do not control these third-party cookies.
You can control, disable, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. If advertising is active on this site, disabling advertising cookies will not remove ads from the site but will result in less relevant advertising being shown to you.
4. How We Handle Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
CreatorOpsMatrix publishes interactive simulators for creator-business decisions, along with technical and educational guides. For clarity, here is how we handle PII on this site itself:
- CreatorOpsMatrix does not intentionally send personally identifiable information, such as a user’s name or email address, to advertising networks through our simulator inputs.
- Inputs entered into a simulator (audience size, revenue figures, deal terms, and similar) are processed in your browser to generate a result and are not stored or transmitted to us unless a specific tool explicitly states otherwise.
- Where a guide describes technical implementation steps for third-party systems, any operator following that guide in their own environment is solely responsible for their own data handling and compliance with the relevant platform’s terms.
- If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is stored securely with our email service provider and is never shared with advertising networks.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data, which can include the right to:
- Access and Update: Request a copy of the data we hold on you or ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Delete: Request that we erase your personal data from our systems. Note that some data retained for legal or operational reasons may not be deletable on request.
- Opt-Out of Advertising: Opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings or via the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
- Unsubscribe: Opt out of our email newsletter at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.
6. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following categories of third-party service providers who directly support the operation of this site:
- Email service provider — If you sign up for our newsletter, used for delivery and subscriber management.
- Analytics provider — If active on this site, used for aggregate website traffic analysis.
- Google AdSense — If active on this site, used for contextual advertising delivery. Google’s privacy policy would apply to data collected through AdSense. Review it at policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Affiliate Links
Some pages on this site may contain affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Our interactive simulators do not contain affiliate links.
8. Children’s Privacy
